The results of my shape test The Bauhaus movement was renowned for creating simplistic, utopian and modern aesthetics and as I have previously learned the square, circle and triangle are a pioneering feature that include themselves in and throughout the Bauhaus Archive. This was due to its constant combination of modern and futuristic elements of art and design that follow the form follows function message as well as colour theory and utility importance. This test, that I did with my family and friends, allows us to see the psychological way in which we position colour to shape; the task was to assign the 3 primary colours, red, yellow and blue to the 3 most influential shapes within the Bauhaus movement, a square, circle or triangle.
